Additional Benefits of Our Child’s Membership Plan
For qualifying patients, our Child’s Membership plan provides a 10% discount off any other service when paid day-of with cash or check, as well as a 5% discount off any other service when paid same-day with credit card. Because there is no annual maximum or deductible and no waiting period, you do not have to worry about treatments dictated by your insurance company.
For $340 annually, this membership covers:
- Two (2) dental exams and cleanings
- Two (2) fluoride treatments
- X-rays
- One (1) emergency exam
- Oral cancer screening
